At the time of writing this post from where I am located it is 12.51am on Christmas morning. This has been a challenging year all round for everyone. We have lost some good friends, we have the COVID-19 pandemic, which is still causing many parts of world issues, we have struggled health-wise. And the list just goes on.
We have also had some very good things. The birth of babies, my best friend (who is more like a younger brother) being told his kidney transplant is occurring on January 20th 2021 – this was the best news to ever come out of 2021 and the one thing I will remember this year for. The saving of a son, a husband, a father and a friend to many, What better way to remember 2020 right?
So, at this time I would like to wish ALL my family and friends, no matter where you are in the world a Merry Christmas and the Happiest of New Years in a Christmas that will be like no other many of us have experienced before. But as always, we will overcome this and let’s just hope 2021 is a better year. Sending lots of love and hugs to all.
